What we collect, and what we never ask for.

Depending on which form you use: your name, email, phone number, the answers you give in the Dream Trip Matchmaker, your trip preferences and dates, and — only when you choose to share them for a booking — traveler details such as birth dates, passport information and loyalty program numbers.

The Matchmaker also records anonymous usage events (which step you reached, which options you selected) so we can see where the experience is confusing and improve it. Those events are not linked to you unless you complete the form.

We never ask for, collect, or store passwords, account logins, security codes, PINs, CVV numbers, bank login details, or full payment-card data. For points and miles work we ask only for program names and approximate balances. You always keep control of your own airline, hotel and bank accounts.

To reply to you, to research and quote travel, to book with suppliers on your behalf, and to send you the match or brief you requested. If you tick the consent box, we may also follow up about planning that trip. We do not sell your information, and we don't send bulk marketing you didn't ask for.

Suppliers we book with (cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines and our host agency) receive only what a specific booking requires. Our website, database and email delivery run on established service providers who process data on our behalf.

Inquiries and match results are kept while they're useful for planning your travel and for the records a travel agency is expected to keep. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will, except where we're required to retain booking records.
