The $75 consultation is a one-on-one education session: I'll help you understand what you have, where it can realistically take you, and how to book it. You can take that knowledge and book on your own, or add guided support if you want help executing the plan.
You keep control of every account. Fife Star never asks for bank passwords, airline passwords, security codes, or full payment-card information.

After the consultation, you can book independently with confidence. If you want hands-on help, the optional success fee adds a live guided booking session.

- A recommended redemption strategy plus practical backup options
- Exact transfer and booking instructions you can follow on your own
- Optional: one live-guided booking session by phone or video call if you choose the success fee
- Post-booking confirmation review, including basic verification of ticket details and seat-assignment guidance when available
- Award availability can change quickly. Points transfers may be irreversible, so Fife Star confirms available options before recommending a transfer whenever possible.

Points Consultation
$75
The starting point. A one-on-one education session that reviews your points, explains what they can do, and gives you a clear strategy. You can book on your own from here, or choose the success fee for guided booking support.
Success Fee
$95
Optional. Charged only if you choose hands-on help and we successfully ticket an award itinerary I identified for you.
One live-guided booking session is included when you choose the success fee and complete a booking.
Airline taxes, carrier-imposed fees, paid seat selections, transfer costs, and other supplier charges are separate and are paid directly by the traveler.
