You refine together
I share the plan with the group, collect feedback, and adjust — so no one is surprised by a booking they didn't agree to.
I book and support
Once approved, I coordinate deposits, payments, and documents. Soon after booking, the group receives an itinerary with bookings, reservation details, and travel documents.
